CATS celebrate opening of new Cambridge education centre

CATS have opened a new multi-million pound education centre

CATS College, which serves students right across the world, has moved into a brand new base, located in Chesterton High Street on a site previously occupied by General Electric. After providing the new science laboratories for the college, everyone here at InterFocus is incredibly proud to be part of such a successful new education centre in Cambridge.

The cutting-edge college will provide top-class education for more than 1,000 students across a range of disciplines. The exciting new site will feature a large-scale lecture theatre as well as high-tech classrooms – most notably, the labs provided by InterFocus.

Designed to provide long-lasting support for this leading college, the InterFocus-provided labs feature cutting-edge equipment and furnishings made from the highest-quality materials. The future-proof laboratories will provide a high-quality learning environment for generations of students.

CATS College has provided exceptional high school programmes for students for over 60 years, and currently operates out of four sites: Cambridge, Canterbury and London in the UK, as well as in Boston, USA. Offering a range of GCSE, A-Level, International Baccalaureate and University Foundation courses, CATS College accepts students from the age of 14.

The specially-designed four year programmes are designed to lead students from around the world through life-defining exams and onto university success. The college still retains its original purpose to offer the highest-quality education whilst providing a welcoming and enriching environment which allows students to develop academically and personally.

The whole InterFocus team wishes CATS every success in their new facility, and we are very excited to see the new centre in action.
